Refund Policy

Because our products are digital items delivered electronically, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be provided if:

• the activation key is invalid
• the activation key is duplicate
• delivery fails
• the wrong product was delivered

Customers must provide proof such as screenshots of the activation error.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• products already redeemed
• customer mistakes (wrong game, edition, region or platform)
• compatibility issues clearly described on the product page
