FiGameSales sells digital game activation keys and other digital products. These products are delivered electronically.

Customers must review product details carefully before purchase, including platform, region restrictions, and edition.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices displayed during checkout represent the final amount payable including applicable taxes.

VAT may be applied depending on the customer’s location in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

4. Payment

Orders must be paid in full using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

Delivery occurs on the order confirmation page and through the customer’s email.

6. Digital content delivery

By purchasing digital products, customers agree to immediate delivery of digital content.

Once the activation key has been revealed or delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

7. Refunds and defective keys

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

• a key is invalid
• a key is duplicate
• the wrong key was delivered

Customers must provide evidence of the activation error such as screenshots of the activation process.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• keys already redeemed
• keys correctly delivered
• customer mistakes such as purchasing the wrong product, edition, region, or platform

8. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to review, delay, or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

9. Customer responsibility

10. Limitation of liability
